Integrity & Governance
The Integrity and Governance Department (IGD) was established in March 2023. The role of IGD is to carry out the four (4) core function :
- Complaint Management
- Detection and Verification
- Integrity Strengthening
- Governance
The establishment of IGD is in line with the Prime Minister’s Directive No. 1 of 2018 to promote good governance, integrity, and anti-corruption practices within the organisation. The company has obtained certification for its Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) in accordance with ISO 37001, and plays a key role in supporting the implementation and continual improvement of the system within the organisation.
The IGD organizational structure comprises three (3) main units, namely:
- Complaint and Investigation Unit
- Integrity and Governance Strengthening Unit
- Administration Unit
IGD reports directly to the Integrity and Governance Committee (IGC) to ensure independence, strengthen integrity, and enhance transparency and accountability within the organisation.
